Strength isn’t always something you can see.
Sometimes, it’s something you slowly build.
At our summer camp for visually impaired youth, fitness isn’t about mirrors or perfect form. It’s about learning to trust your body, feeling each movement, and showing up even on days when it’s hard.
They’re not just working out.
They’re working within.
Sweat, a few laughs, tired muscles and the kind of self-belief that stays long after the exercise ends.
When young people begin to believe in what their bodies can do,They don’t just grow stronger today
They build stronger futures for tomorrow.
Support inclusive spaces.
Share the story. Celebrate ability beyond sight.
