As part of the Snehankit Helpline Camp at Arnala, students stepped out of the classroom and into the real marketplace.

Their visit to Lamington Road, Grant Road, offered first hand exposure to how electrical materials and electronic appliances are sourced, negotiated, and purchased in bulk.
Why does this matter?
Research shows that 70%+ of entrepreneurial skills are developed through experiential learning, not theory alone. Students exposed to hands-on market experiences are up to 2x more likely to develop problem-solving, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills early.
Market visits like these build:
• Real-world financial literacy
• Supplier and pricing awareness
• Confidence in decision-making
• Practical insight into supply chains
Entrepreneurship is not taught only through books. It is observed, questioned, negotiated, and experienced.
